In total there are 338 apartments available at the two loft houses and the mobility house. These are privately financed and subsidised rental apartment. In contrast to publicly subsidised apartments, the privately financed apartments with a living space of between 49 m² and 86 m² are built without subsidies and can be offered on the market for a flexible rental price – they are in Lofthouse North and Lofthouse South.

SUBSIDISED RENTAL APARTMENTS
LOFTHOUSE NORTH AND
MOBILITY HOUSE
Several publicly subsidised rental flats are being built in the Mobility House and Lofthouse North. These apartments have between 29 m² and 79 m² of living space, so there is room for everyone – whether one, two, three or four-room apartments.
INCOME TABLE
Am I eligible for a publicly subsidised apartment?
To move into a subsidised apartment, you’ll need a housing entitlement certificate – a so-called ‘B-Schein’. This proves that you are authorised to move into a publicly subsidised flat based on your income level. The applicable income limits according to §9 Paragraph 2 of the Housing Assistance Act (WoFG) may be exceeded by up to 60 per cent (see income table).
For example, a family of three with an annual gross income of 52,657 euros is entitled to one of the beautiful, modern flats.
Don’t forget: A housing entitlement certificate is only valid for one year. Please clarify in advance whether you are entitled to a B-Schein.
