The HARBOUR COFFEE, located directly on the harbour basin and part of the Europahafenkopf, is the ideal meeting place for coffee lovers. Whether it’s for a relaxing breakfast or an afternoon coffee break, you can enjoy a wide selection of coffee specialities and changing cakes. HARBOUR COFFEE is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm at Ludwig-Franzius-Platz 16.
A little trip to Japan
At Akashi – Japanese Restaurant & Izakaya, Ludwig-Franzius-Platz 13, guests can enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine in a modern setting. The stylish décor and warm atmosphere make it the perfect place for a relaxed dinner or a cosy get-together with friends. Trains 3 and 5 and buses 20 and 28 stop just outside.
Both restaurants are tenants of Gustav Zech Stiftung Management GmbH. We are planning to expand our catering services to offer you even more variety and enjoyment. We’ve also put together an overview of our culinary neighbourhood below – it’s worth a visit!

Delicious curries, fiery hot dishes and much more – the restaurant Jaya at Konsul-Smidt-Straße 8r offers a wide variety of culinary creations. This Asian oasis of well-being invites you to sample the diverse selection of dishes from Sri Lanka while enjoying the breathtaking view of Europa Harbour. Jaya also organises great events and dance performances that are not to be missed!
